My Experience
10 years working as a NASM Certified personal trainer
5-year apprenticeship with master trainer with an emphasis on
corrective exercise (Physiotherapy)
Over 5 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach for youth softball and baseball athletes. Trained 1:1 as well as groups as large as 30
5 years of rehabilitation training working with veterans treating service-related injuries
5 years of personal training working in a medical facility treating patients injured through personal/work/auto accidents or repetitive movements
Over 5 years of in-home rehabilitation with patients of varying physical limitations, including those needing assisted mobility devices
